Emergency First Aid or Standard First Aid Re-Certification with CPR/AED
This course 8-hour, 1-day certification course in CPR – BLS (Basic Life Support) Provider/Emergency First Aid/AED (Automated External Defibrillator). CPR/AED are both a 1-year certification, and Emergency First Aid are a 3-year certification. This course teachers an emergency approach on how to manage medical emergencies and render aid until professional help arrives. This course is required for workplaces employing not more than five workers in any one shift at a work area or those interested in gaining first aid knowledge and skills. (WSIB Reg. 1101) This course covers compulsory topics of the Standard First Aid Course.
